Save The Date For The CMC Picnic!

This is the same day and the Youth Triathlon and what better way to celebrate our Kidz and families then with a picnic after the event!

Here are the details:

When: Saturday, July 24th from 11am-4pm
Where: The home of Judy Dwyer (5502 S Route K, just south of Rock Bridge Elementary School)
Activities: We will have so many fun activities including: Volleyball, Washers, Swimming, Yard Rat, etc...)
Kidz: We invite all of our CMC Kidz to bring their fishing gear and see who can catch the biggest fish out of Judy's lake!
Food: CMC will provide Buckingham's and YOU bring something to share!


We'll ask for RSVP's as the date gets closer.

Track Night Moved To Friday

Update on Track Night w/ Columbia Track Club: 

There will be no Track Night tonight.   For the next 2 weeks they have moved track night to Friday night at 6pm at Hickman High School's track. Below is the schedule- and you can also look up their web address for info @ www.ctc.coin.org

Track Night this Wednesday!

Just a reminder about the Columbia Track Club's Kids Track Night.  CMC KidZ is tagging along on this event for the next 5 weeks.

What: A super fun track night!  Well organized- for ages 3+
When: Wednesday, June 9th @ 6pm
Where: Hickman High School Track
Why: For the kidZ!  It's great exercise and a very fun time for the kids.  It's also some proud moments for the parents!

It is $1 (yes, $1!!!) for all 6 weeks.  Every Wed. night through July 7th.  The kids get participation and placement ribbons.

This event is held by the Columbia Track Club.  We will be there with our yellow CMC KidZ tshirts on.  If your kids have CMC t-shirts please wear them so we know who you are!  If you do not have the D&H t-shirt or water bottle, please find me (bright yellow CMC KidZ t-shirt) and I will give you one!

Trekking for Kids

Trekking for Kids will be having a fun event on June 12th. Individuals, families and kids are all welcome. There's a race for everyone!  

Kids can participate in the 5K walk/run or do a shorter sprint race. There will be kids prizes and youth t-shirts too.

COST: $20.00/kid or adult or $60 for a family of 4 or more
WHERE: Village of Cherry Hill, Columbia, MO
WHEN: June 12 @ 8:30am (registration begins @ 7:30am in front of Pilates For Every Body)
WHAT: 5K Walk/Run and kids race

 All proceeds go to benefit orphaned children in Guatemala.

Stick around after the race because there will be live bands, food, drinks dunk tank, bounce house, face painting, a scavenger hunt, golf game, hourly drawings and prizes!
