WHAT: Kids Bicycle Safety Challenge

WHERE: Shelter Insurance parking lot off Broadway
WHO: Open to all families
COST: Free!!!

This is not a CMC KidZ event, but it would be great to attend and learn all about bike safety. Bring your bike!

CMC KidZ Swim Party

We will be having a swim party at the end of the summer to celebrate all kids that participated in at least 1 CMC KidZ activity over the summer.


WHEN: August 8, 2010, 6-8pm
WHERE: Oakland Park Pool
WHO: CMC Kidz members, siblings and parents
COST: Free!
FOOD: Shakespeare's Pizza & drinks will be served

Kids Triathlon this Summer!

A kids triathlon (run, bike, swim) will be held at Wilson's Beach Club on July 24, 2010. In the next couple weeks more info should be up and running at ultramaxtri.com. Hope to see you there!

Youth Track Nights

For the beginning of CMC Kidz summer activity schedule, we will be participating in Columbia Track Club's Youth Program held at the Hickman High School track.

There will be different types and lengths of track races, plus a long jump and shot put competition. Ribbons are awarded for 1st - 6th place in most events.

WHEN: Wednesday nights @ 6pm, June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 & July 7
WHERE: Hickman High School track
COST: $1 for all 6 weeks of track!
AGES: Kids of all ages are welcome

On June 2nd we will have a tent set up at the event and will be handing out CMC Kidz t-shirts and water bottles to any kids that want to participate in CMC Kidz events for the rest of the summer. Drinks and snacks will be provided also.
